Philosophy

AAIS has always been guided by the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah about everlasting knowledge as exemplified by the first ever Educator of all — our beloved Prophet Mohammad (SAW).

Allah (SWT) says: “Allah will raise up to (suitable) ranks (and degrees) those of you who believe and who have been granted knowledge…”

As Muslims, believing that the source of all knowledge (‘ilm) is Allah (SWT) and that knowing Him and His message is the most important knowledge man can obtain.

Islamic education aims at the balanced growth of total personality of man through training of the spirit, the intellect, the rational self, feelings and body senses.

Faith (IMAN) is to be infused in the student’s personal life to create an emotional attachment to Al-Islam, to enable him/her to follow the Qur’an and Sunnah; and to be governed by the Islamic system of values, willingly and joyfully, so that he/she may be motivated towards goodness and the attainment of perfection.

The ultimate aim of Islamic education lies in the realization of complete submission to Allah  (SWT) on the level of the individual, the community and the entire humanity.
